Tonight was a bitter sweet end to my LiveStrong program.  We had our graduation tonight. It was a paint party!

Over the 12 week program, we have experienced all types of exercise and how to work all the equipment. I have really enjoyed the program and that you are able to use the membership at any of the YMCA facilities. I currently have been to three different Y’s. I am continuing to go to the yoga class and water aerobics classes. They seem to help my arm by regaining feeling back in my upper arm.

You should contact your local YMCA to see when the next Livestrong program will begin.

Overall today was a good day. 🙂 The sun was not shining, it rained most of the day, but the temperature was above freezing and the birds were singing.
